vitamins

Hi guys,

Can I ask if anyone has had any symptoms from taking multi-vitamins? I am taking Tesco's conception multi-vitamins which contains folic acid for about 2 weeks now but have been getting really bad headaches. I don't know if it is the vitamins, a symptom of stopping the pill two weeks ago or just a coincidence?

I haven't.

Typically headaches tend to be caused by dehydration, over hydration or lack of sleep - maybe one of those might apply to you?

yeah maybe, I have been quite tired lately. I'll get some early nights and see if I start to feel a bit better. Thanks Louise x

I havnt had headches but they give me an upset tummyso I just take folic acid now

I haven't had one few a few days, think Louise hit the nail on the head, I was just tired and a bit dehydrated.

I got really bad headaches when I first came off the pill so could be that but then again I do get a lot of headaches!
