Virgin Emailers!!! Can you get in?

cause I can't!!

I am seriously getting sick of them, every month I have a time that I can't get in. It has been like this since late yesterday afternoon and when I call it is just a pre-recorded message saying that their engineers are working "round the clock" to get services back to normal!

I am expecting emails!!!! I NEED to get in!!!

Virgin are crap, been having issues with internet and every time i call they say there is work going on in your area and it will be fixed shortly

Dont know about the emails as i dont use it. OH does but he is at work.
So me posting was really helpful

I'm on Virgin media nad i have never used that email account. i just use my hotmail. Because i know someone who works for them and they told me how crap that email is and it always crashes!! hope you get in soon
