Vaginal like pains but deep inside?

Its under my trouser line and I have no idea what it is and im freaking out. I have my scan on Monday. these are the first cramps I have had since about 8 weeks so thats not too bad going. But just as im going to have a 12 week scan Im so worried.

Has anyone else experience pains like that. Some can be sharp and sometimes pulsing. Im just worried. I hope baby is okay. This weekend is going to drag x

i.ve had a few sharp pains i think they are growth pains so nothing to worry about but if you're worrying would call your midwife x

try not to panic, its prob just round ligament pain, as long as there isnt any bleeding you should be ok. at least you havent got long til your scan! try relaxing for tomorrow. x

I had these too and i panicked at first as I have not really suffered with period pains so it was kind of odd but the midwife said basically everything was getting organised down their lol
