hiya
so it turns out I am not pregnant and actually worse I only have a 10 day LH phase, so I was expecting AF in 5 days time but I starting getting the AF cramps and spotting and I know exactly how it feels before AF. Does anyone know about Vitex? I heard it could be used to lengthen short LH. It means I have to have the surgery and probably won't be able to start trying again for like 2 months. soooo frustrating...

Just an FYI that I have a LP of 11 days and didn't have a problem conceiving. I conceived after having a laparoscopy due to mild endometriosis, which they removed.

Hope this gives you hope. I wouldn't personally mess with the LP... but its your body. xx

I thought a short LP was only a problem if it was less than 10 days..?

I have a 10 - 11 day LP and I'm starting to worry about it. I know there are many who get pregnant on this, but I haven't been. Does anyone know you can lengthen LP naturally?
