CD7 and spotting

Ok, so started AF 29 days after mc with ERCP, 2 days really heavy and then spotted for a few days, then just sticky but stained cm (nothing that warrented pad or pany liner)... today I have started spotting...
Any ideas?
Temps have been erratic, negative opk's, lines on them are negative and not changed so am thinking that I just have high LH levels atm (hpt was negative this morning), have been crampy for the last few days
