Ultrasound at approx 5-6 weeks

So apparently there is a yolk sac and fetal pole. We saw it flicker so I hear that is a good sign. I’ve had on and off breast tenderness and morning sickness just started a few days ago but that comes and goes as well. I was just wondering if any of this is normal.

Flickering heartbeat is very good so early on! Try to relax, after seeing a heartbeat, the chance of a miscarriage drops dramatically!x
