Ugh so sick already

I've had hyperemesis in both my girls pregnancy but not in my MC. The nausea really started today I'm 4weeks 2 days. I have cyclizine and had to take one. I'm dreading it. I have a 2 and 3yr old ....,. Gonna be a long 9 month
