two things gym ball and weeing alot

Hi girls those of u who are using the gym balls what do we have to do on them? X
I also waking up three to four times a night to pee and constanly feel the need to go in the day and when I drvie I feel pressure down my back area if u get what I mean lol x
 
i just bounce on mine, and then rock from side to side if i'm bored of bouncing! know what you mean about the peeing too, and the back ache! i get it when sat down or in bed! x
 
I just sit or rock on mine, think it's supposed to help your posture and get baby in a good position. Lots of people use them in labour
 
You need to pee three to four times per night ?

Lucky you! I have to go every 15-20 minutes! I've taken to just putting a pad on and letting myself dribble :lol:
 
i told my oh that one night im just gunna give up and wet the bed cos i really dont care :)
 
I love my ball - bouncing/rocking helps back pain and brings on bh and i find doing a figure of 8 with my hips brings on really strong bhs - im getting rid of the sofas and just having balls in my lounge :D
 
Can gym balls help with back pain?

Yeah it helps my back as your forced into a better posture while your on it. I watch tv on it sometimes more comfy than sofa. You can also put your legs either side of it and squeeze them together to tone up legs and do you pelvic floor exercises at the same time.
 
lol wet the bed and let yourself dribble thats funny, i think i will start doing that x thanks x
 
I do circular motions on my gym ball, any sort of hip rocking like movements will help with BH, back ache etc etc, also u can kneel on the floor and bend forward letting ur top part of ur body rest on the ball that helps with back to back positioned babies, back ache and other stuff....
