Gym ball/brthing ball

Hi Girls

I went to my local lidl today and they got loads of gym balls in for only £3.49 each so if anyones interested get down to yours and see if they've got them in.

I'm guessing here that gym ball can be used as birthing balls so please somebody correct me if i'm wrong.

Mines an ordinary Gym ball.. I'm sitting on it right now...It makes posting rather difficult.. But LO was in a hideous postion earlier causing lots of pain through my braxton hicks...but now I feel much better...
