tummy trouble

on tuesday i had a bug i had loose watery stools from 8am til i went t0 bed. Yesterday i didnt do a pooh or need one and didnt feel ill so assumed it was a 24 hour bug. Today its sort of back its not watery like it was just very loose.would you be concerned? The weird thing is i havnt felt ill with it. I have had tummy cramps but no nausea. Should i go doctors wont they just say keep hydrated

I had this last week, think it was a bug. I made sure I drank loads and it stopped of its own accord x
