TRUE in fact about 10 mins ago, i am sure they could here Jack crying, and told then i was about to go to schhol and they said it will only take 5-10 mins. I replied "ok so you want me to leave my daughter at school wondering where the hell i am whilst i answer your bloody stupid question" they said "well i call back then" and i told 2them where to stick it and if they did call back i would speak to theur manager"
