Hello Ladies,

I was just wondering what types of things I could try when I reach 37 weeks?? I have a little while to go but I was just wondering what oils, tablets etc have worked for you?

I know LO will come when s/he is good and ready but I still can't help but want to try things when I am fully cooked.

xx

Friends of mine who have gone over 40 weeks have tried all the tricks but nothing worked for them. I think baby just comes when it's ready. x

I put a thread up with everything I've tried but nothings worked :(

good question been wondering the same x

My friend hasn't tried this but 4 of her friends did and the next day they went into labour. They all had a large big mac meal with a milkshake - my friend couldn't drink milk so had a coke and didn't work for her but the others all had this and it worked!!! Not conventional but seems to work! I won't be doing this as I don't like big Mac's!!!lol!!!

I could quite happily try this even if it's known not to work lol.

Think I'll try the McDonald's thing with pleasure...

I used clary sage oil in my bath and mixed into a massage oil that I rubbed on my bump at 40+2 and went into labour that night, had him the next morning. Could have been coincidence of course x

the ball did it for me. I didnt use it all thru being preg untill 39 weeks. Did it twice and my waters went x

No idea, I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and am going down the raspberry leaf tea route, think I should have started this earlier, but I forgot! My friend also has some clary sage oil I can have, so might try that as well :)
