Traveling back ache

I don't know if its due to grooming 3 west highlands straight after each other this morning.

But I got awful lower back pain that seems to be traveling down my legs, also my bump seems tender at the bottom.

Feeling crap, not had back pain since around 6 weeks !

I get a tender bump when im at work. Think im over doing it tbh. Also getting back ache xxx

Having been sat in a car for most of today, I genuinely can feel your pain when it comes to backache, mine was all in my groin and hips too! So sore/uncomfortable.

I lifted and carried something that was far too heavy today. I feel it now. We need to slow down a tad ladies I think ,)

Yes, It seems as if we have over done it then.

Its much better today but still there. I've learnt from that now !
