Trapped Nerve....?

Hi Guys,

I think ive trapped a nerve in the back of my knee.

I was crouched down and tried to stand up without putting pressure on my broken foot, i kinda twisted my good leg a little as i stood up and got excruciating pain and leg collapsed leaving me in a heap on floor!

Since it cant take much weight and hurts when i move it in certain positions.

Does this sound like a trapped nerve - How can i tell? What can i do to help it heal?

sounds like you've done sometihng. try a warm bath and resting it a day or two.

Thanks girls, I think its due to it having a lot of pressure on it over past few weeks (cos of foot)!
