I can't walk!

I seem to have trapped a nerve in my back, right in my bum and down my leg. Think it's my sciatic nerve.

Went to the chiropractor earlier today and now i CAN NOT WALK!!! I feel like an 80 year old woman and can barely make the stairs. My OH is working til 11 tonight and i so want a hot drink and a biscuit but can't get down to the kitchen!!!

Feeling a bit sorry for myself. Anyone else got sciatica this early? Or any tips to ease it?

aww hun, I have had this pain over the weekend. I took paracetamol and it eased up the pain a bit.
Hope you feel better soon..
