I met OH through his best friend who I was seeing at the time but that only lasted for a couple of weeks if that. I met him in the march and it took till the june for him to get my number. I remember how happy I was when the friend text me asking if OH could have my number so of course I gave it to him but had learnt my lesson this time and played it cool lol! We were on off all summer and then I stupidly started seeing another lad from college as OH hadn't got his arse into gear and I thought he wasn't that interested. It took till the september for OH to sit me down and tell me that he had guessed id been seeing someone else but that he wanted us to make a go of it and I was so relieved as the other boy was quite abusive and I had tried to get out of the situation a number of times but couldn't and didn't have the support. I moved in with OH in the october and we've been happy ever since and we piss each other off at times but when we get on its absolutely amazing and we just click :)!! And my family adore him, especially my mum haha!

And Sophie's name just came because I love it and OH liked the sound of it :). X
 
I met my OH in Liverpool on a night out, however he wasn't actually on the night out. Me and a friend was partying and had organised for a male friend to pick us up and drop us of at home. He did so and I noticed he had a friend in his car following. The male friend rang his friend whilst driving and I snatched the phone of him and had a very very drunken conversation with him. It went something along the lines of "My car is better than yours and I will whip your ass in a race" ... I ended up adding him on facebook and got his number. I did all the chasing! :oooo: hehe.

I choose Harlow because OH was adament he wanted Hadley and I wasn't so keen, so we both realised we liked unisex names and liked names beginning with H, thought of Harlow and it reminded me of Halo from an angel :-) x

met OH at work, after a lot of innocent flirting we eventually got together and after 3months of 'dating' i fell pregnant.... Shock is an understatement lol.

Issac was picked from OH he liked it and it very quickly grew on me and middle name andrew is after daddy, I agreed OH could choose his name as long as Issac had mummys surname.

1) We met in Central America - i was chilling on my own for three months after i'd split up with my fiancee and he was riding his motorcycle from Los Angeles to Panama after splitting from his wife. We had hotel rooms next to each other and bumped into each other in a restaurant. Four years later we are finally together, hopefully forever!

2) I just loved the name Thomas and Joseph is because my middle name is Josephine. We then found out it was OHs Grandad's full name! Now i think that's fate.
 
I met my OH on match.com :)

Jack is named after 1 of my Grandad's Brother's who died when he was a boy. We had Harry or Jack and when I told my Grandad he told us his story and Jack it was! His middle name is Stephen after his Daddy! :) x
 
Met my oh at a car cruise lol he was 21 and I 16 he's mad into cars and we've been together ever since T was named after both grandads and J was named by T after James out of Thomas the tank lol but we live the name xxx


 
Don't worry JoJo....I can be added to the drunken pull list in how I met my OH. It was a nightclub when I was 22 which I went to with a male friend for the first time. he left me on my own with his gym friends to snog this girl he was after so I made the most of it and spied the best looking guy and tried my luck. My luck came in and this tall dark handsome man is now my Hubbie and we've been together and very happy for 9 yrs now :-) I was so shocked to find a handsome guy that didn't love himself and was actually sweet and kindhearted. :love:
DH picked Fin's name....Finley for formal and when he's older but Fin for every day.

I met my man on plentyoffish!!! It's an amazing website, we never argue and he is my best friend!! Can't fault the website :) xx
 
I met my hubby on zoosk which is a dating site on Facebook :)

Hannah is after my great aunt who was like a nan to me and lily is after sam's nan x
 
I met my DH through a local rock forum and we used to hang about in the same rock club. Turned out I already knew who he was from afar and lusted after him, and then even more randomly, found out we lived next door to each other as kids and our parents knew each other!

LO's name - Lily is after my great-grandma, Rose my mam picked as her middle name, and then Karen after my mam who died during my pregnancy. Love her name and hope she's very proud of it when she's old enough to understand.
 
I also met DH on a dating website! Went on there when I decided I wanted something serious. After 1 month he asked me to move in and we were engaged 6 months later!

We wanted a Hebrew name for our LO and I loved that Ariel means lion of God. It was the name cub always kicked to in my belly as well. His middle name is after my adoptive father!
 
I fancied OH at school lol. He had blue hair and went everywhere on his skateboard :blush:
Then when I was 17 and he was 18 he came in to my work to have his willy pierced :lol: we chatted every time we bumped into each other and finally I agreed to go on a date with him :)
That was 6years ago :)

My mum suggested Eva and I fell in love with it. My great gran passed away while I was pregnant and her name was Kate so Eva katie.

Damon was one I saw in a baby name book and it just stuck. Plus my OH's name is armando and his nickname is mando, Damon is an anagram of that xx

Loving all the stories!

I met my now hubby when I was 17. We both worked at tesco and dated for 6 months. We split up but 5 years later met up for a drink and instantly felt that spark again. Think the first time we were together we were both just not in the right place. Now I can't imagine my life without him. Sorry for the cheese! Lol.

Joshua was a name we both liked. The middle name is hubbys dads name.
