I'm not too sure but the cross in the middle of them seems to have ripped so its a lot bigger. Noticed the past day or so c has been spitting lots of milk out like there's too much going in... Hes only had them a month, had to swap for 2 teat but its too small tor him.

Yes that has happened to us a few times and we've only noticed when Holly has a father christmas milk beard when feeding! Think it is when we have cleaned them a bit too vigorously! I got spare ones on amazon for a good price, also in asda baby sale.
