So my bowels r back to normal now and am opening them once a day tmi.
I have found though that my stitches r a bit uncomfy again. Do u think it's cos they r being irritated more regulary?

I'd think so either that or they are healing? My c section stitches have just become itchy and I've put it down to them healing
