Tmi but need some advice

Ok I'm currently on my 2nd period since having kieron,I'm usually like clockwork (28 days) but af turned up 4 days early this month and is ridiculously heavy-I woke up the other night and it literally looked like I'd been stabbed!! Today I bled thru a tampon and a pad twice within 4 hours! I'm also gettin bad headaches in the daytime and feeling really sick in the evening.
None of this is normal for me-not sure if it's just my body gettin back to normal after havin kieron although it's never happened with other 3. Anyone got any advice?

Havnt got any experience hun but didnt wana read n run,
R u on any contraception that could be playing havoc with ur cycles?
Im bk on mycrogynon which i was on at 17 n bled really heavily then n now its really light but with major pains for a week b4 n iv never had period pains b4 so not too happy bout that, i mentioned it to the nurse who said it can take up to 6 months after a baby for them to settle bk into a "regular" cycle for u,

Good luck, n might be worth mentionin to doc/nurse just incase
