Tips for leaky boobs

I'm exclusively bf- my LO is 11 days old and goes about 3 hours between feeds in the day- she is fast asleep so don't want to wake her but during that time my bra gets really wet despite wraring nipple pads and often soaks my top- its ok when I'm at home but very arkward when I'm out and about! Any tips?! Xx

Maybe you could try bamboo breast feeding pads? Bamboo is very absorbent. Since your lo is only 11 days I'm also thinking that your supply will settle to match the needs of the little one and soon you want have that many leakages!
