this mornings temp went up, a bit.. but..

i didn't have a good sleep last night because i was feeling really unwell, and this morning i've woke up with a really sore throat but i may have been ovulating too

what will i do about my temp?

I'd say its a fever too, the highest i ever got was 36.88.
I'd leave it on there for now, and just disgard it once you've got the temps from the next few days in there.

Wow thats some rise I would continue to temp and if you see a more gradual rise over the next few days I would disregard that temp as it will throw your chart out Bedding in case is a great idea Good luck
