This might sound stupid but I'm worried

As I have woken up this morning and my sickness/nausea has gone! Even smells that would notmally have me heaving on the spot have stopped. I know that morning sickness can stop but j thought it was later on at about 11 weeks. Should I be worried? I've felt quite confident with my pregnancy for about a week now as the sickness has been there and I had my early scan.
I'm really starting to worry

Id be over the moon if it was my morning sickness stopping as i cant stand it! if youre worried call midwife, but when i went for my booking appointment she said its normal for symptoms to get better or even stop, as is normal for them to return! I hope your ok, pretty sure its nothing to worry about, and i would do anything for it to be my morning sickness to stop!! xx
