the flue while pregnant?

    Is it safe? Cus aother half and me think I have it :( really worried now x

    Do you mean flu? lol, Don't worry Hun, I've had it In tri 1. Plenty of fluids *especially cranberry juice* and lots of rest!:)xxx

    I think I had it in Tri 1. I got quite a fever and ended up having to have a few cool showers to get my temperature down. I agree, plenty of fluids and paracetamol if you need it. You can have up to 8 tablets in 24 hours (up to2 tablets 4 times a day) whilst pregnant and that will also help with aches and pains and to keep your temperature down (if that's an issue). Hope you feel better soon. If symptoms persist or if you have any comcerns, call your doctor. xxx

    Get well soon. I agree with Dotty_woman if it doesn't pass see your GP. You pick things up easier when you are pregnant so you are better off being checked out. I am onto my 2nd chest infection in 5 weeks :( get well soon xxxx
