The bedtime screamer !!!!

My Lo always settled no problem. But for the past week he instantly gets out of bed and calls 'mummy' continually until he falls asleep on the floor or I give in at 10pm after 3 hours of screaming and put him in bed with me. No ideas on triggers.

Help !!!!
