If it's under 32 degrees I'd recommend a baby wrap/ wetsuit. You can get whole body ones but they're expensive. The wetsuit factory do lovely little wetsuits for £9.99.

If you're lucky enough to have a hydrotherapy pool nearby, just a normal swimsuit will do Have fun!
