Libby is finally in bed, C put her to bed for me, what a tinker she's been today. Still haven't had a shower though gonna have a nice soak in the bath in a bit in an attempt to try to get near the end of the last Harry Potter book which I am still trying to get through

Cloud - bless D wanting a big long hour feed, does he think he's 2 weeks old again

M - Glad you had a good day at Cadbury's world....are you full of chocolate now

well D had supper and was asleep by 9.10 pm so did the dirty deed again ..A has gone to bed now worn out

oh also Dungers D was wearing today were far to short so i got him a 6-9 month babygro out for bed and it fits Thats whjat happneds when your LO eats for an hour at a time

I am in shock Libby can now roll in a line across the living room floor, and just rolled 3 metres, and started hitting the remote!!! I was watching Ugly Betty and she turned over!! I think I have a genius on my hands (with bad taste in TV - whats wrong with Ugly Betty???)

Em..D is trying to roll over but its been so long since he bothered he has forgotten how he did it

I am shattered convinced D is having another growth spurt..I am wonderinging if i was secretly inseminated by a giant to get pg all we have done all morning is eat and sleep

aww he has done it he has managed to roll over again but is so tired and grumpy..he is sat on my lap right now doesn't like been put down but i have listed some of A's DVDd on ebay and he has tried to help bless him but not that sucessfully.

anyhow got a man coming to sort out d's trust fund in an hour..i am sure D will have something to say about it he has something to say about everything today

whats everyone up to today...

I have been and exchanged D's nappies for bigger ones took him swimming thne bought him a new changing mat as A found a rip in his this am.

Sat in the garden for a while this afternoon and done some weeding...Gave D brecky for the first time but he is still hungry i have just given him a 40 min feed

I am getting through these long feeds by remebering what you said the other day Em " does he think he's 2 weeks old again"

Hey girls,

I'm in my pjs already and have been since 5.30pm! E is asleep and I've got some trashy mags and some chocolate ice cream for my Friday night in!!

We've had a lovely day today - we went to a local market town about an hour's drive away and had a picnic by the river - it was idyllic. Then we had a wander round the charity shops and I got some lovely brand new looking clothes for E and some lovely Beatrix Potter books - all for 75p each - I LOOOOVE charity shopping! We then went for afternoon tea (I had a teacake!) and came home - fab! It does amaze me how long it takes to get out of the house with a baby though - I was on the go since 7.30am and we finally left the house at 11.15am - I don't know where the time goes! Part of that time was catching up with my washing mountain as our washing machine was on the blink from last Sunday to yesterday (and cost £127 to fix!) and the rest of the time was feeding E, changing and dressing E, showering, expressing, dishes, feeding E, making packed lunch...etc!

E gave me a fright this morning as she had her blanket pulled up across her face and the top of her body - so tonight she's in her grobag for the first time! She was a bit of a minx last night and wasn't really herself but we think it's because I had chilli for tea and it was a bit hot for her!

Anyway - off to meet the couples and babies from my NCT antenatal group tomorrow - there will be 16 adults and 8 babies - woo hoo! I can't wait to have a good chat with all the other new mums. My OH isn't impressed as it clashes with the football but who cares!

V - Sounds like the perfect day!! We've had a relaxing day today, met some friends for lunch and had a wander round town...lovely

Cloud - sounds like a productive day for you too.....and glad I could be of service to help your through the long feeds

M - How's the spending going.....can I be one of the annoying people that asks if your sister's had any niggles?? Any sign of your neice???

Also, from your money spending thread M....I am going to bite the bullet and get that butterfly for Libby...its going to be her first christmas pressie!!!!

I showed A the pic of the steering wheel tonight and he said he wanted to buy it D..he said its great the extra money we have me not smoking we can just buy extra things like this

V i know what you mean about how long it takes to get ready gone are the days when you could roll out of bed and out the door
