Em,15lb 13oz ,oh & Em,Sam HATES his bouncy chair,not even keen on his playgym at the mo. Will only sit in his bumbo!

So what's everyone up to today then? I am going to re attempt packing,take Tom for a haircut & hopefully get some sleep

Well, what a drama occured since we last chatted,as you know Sam hasn't been well. Last night, got him into night clothes,fed him,Calpoled him & waited for daddy to come home as I was exhausted. Anyway,daddy got in at 8 so he took Sam up to put him to bed & give me a break.
Anyway,noticed that his dummy was down here & he likes to fall asleep with it so I took it up.
A was sat rocking Sam in the glider when I looked & saw that there was a big sticky Calpol mark on the back of his sleeping bag & the lid was off the medicine bottle. So I looked at A (slightly enraged) & asked if he had just given him more Calpol.
His reply was yes,why? Of course all explicits followed in the following minutes as I read the bottle & saw to seek urgent medical advise in the event of overdose!
I grabbed Sam & sent A to call NHS direct!
He was talking to the nurse,couldn't even get Sams birthday right,think that he was stressed!!
Anyway the nurse said we weren't the first, ran through the checklist as he had had 10ml of Calpol!! A complete double dose! She worked out the paracetomal content with his weight & said although it was an overdose it is within his safe weight range.
All through this,Sam was sat gurgling,smiling & laughing for the first time all day,think he was feeling drunk & finally ok!
Still, hoped it may have helped im sleep,no chance!!

A bit better today though not 100%,more of a really blocked nose, poor little man

Awwww no, poor Sammy still being under the weather close call with calpol - yikes. I would think it is easily done....bless. Itys like my mom's dog always used to get fed twice (each of my sisters would feed her without checking oif the other had already done it ) - not that the dog complained - and sounds like Sammy didn't either

Valentine - good to see you on & you are THE WINNER!!!! Libby now weighs 15lb 8.5oz'z So in about a week, if she puts on at the same rate, she'll be double her birth weight

I'm just waiting fir my Tesco delivery they have 40mins left to be within the 2 hour time frame I might walk into town later, with my new stroller...(I wanna post the link but it stretches the screen, and I'm not clever like V to be able to put it into a blue word....V I'm gonna pm you about that- then I can post the link later).

I've just had 10 mins of tears

I'm trying to get all of the dogs things sorted for kenells,trying to wash,pack,sort Sam,tidy the house,shower & not getting anywhere. Been trying for hours & all I've done so far is shower, hold Sam,try to stop Sam crying & all on no sleep again!

I haven't slept for 3 days & I feel like I'm going mad!!

Awwww hun, sleep deprivation is THE worst I hope Sammy is better soon, Libby is grumpy during the day but she doesn't have the cold that Sammy seems to have, although she does have a very hot head I've just noticed
Are the twinnies there? Can they help you with anything? Its a nightmare isn't it when you just can't get anything done.....I hope he for you soon, even if just for 20mins so you can rush about like a mad woman

I've sent out invitations (apart from 2 which MIL added earlier in the week and haven't got round to making 2 more yet ), thats about it
Have paid deposit at the venue, and booked our room......erm, chosen the buffet food. I was hoping my mom would organise the decorations but she's on holiday until bank holiday weekend, so better not rely on that
Might have to start thinking about decs really

Don't know whats up with the weather, hope its nice for next Tuesday as we're going to the zoo and then for 1st Spetember for you I'm happy for it to rain here if its sunny in Oxford for ya 8)

Gosh, I have so much to do, from arranging directions & transport from airports, accomodation around here, sorting the garden, ordering the things needed, decorating everything, finishing off our accessories... making place cards & seating plans, learning my speech in Swedish

The list is endless! Why oh why do I leave things so late?

he's not as bad but still clingy.

Got most of my washing done though,had to just let him cry a little.

Going to wait until A gets home to finish off.I ave advised no cooking will be done bu me & suggested that maybe Pappa John fancies making us some food

Glad he's a little better - you got more done today with 3 kids on your own & one unwell than I did with one grumpy baby I did take the wet washing out of the machine, but I haven't hung it up yet Oh bother!

Just had a go at C he wanted to go get some stuff for my birthday, I just told him 'whatever' your daughter will be in bed again by the time you're home!! For the past 5 days he's not in/ home until after 9pm He comes in gets changed and goes to the gym, or last night ne went out for dinner with someone we're thinking of doing business with - all the while I;m sat at home on my own, coping with Libby teething on my own and putting her to bed on my own (I know some of you are on your own - my word I understand whaty you go through I might as well be on my own with her ) so he's come home and is now feeding her Bet he goes the gym after work tomorrow (mind you he prob won't as he gets his new tattoo tomorrow so his arm willprob hurt too much to lift weights ) Sorry for the rant

Just sat waiting for A, Sam is crying again upstairs,keep popping in to let him know I'm here but gosh it's getting hard work bcause I knwo that most of the time, he'll sleep for 5 mins then wake & cry...we're coming up to the 4th night of this

I so want it to improve ready for Devon tomorrow.

This may be my last post, maybe it won't be,I don't know

If so, fingers crossed for sleepful nights & good weather for me & I'll be back sometime on Sat though not sure whether we're heading home early or staying the day yet,depends on the sunshine!
