i was in the slug and lettuce today with Dylan...i think he may actually be hyperactive LMAO
i only went in to change D's bum and give him his lunch..i had a pint of coke and orderded a portion of tampura veg that never turned up so got drink for nothing.

i think i can find my own way there em lol
if anyone needs to meet me in shooping centre i will be going through that way
D has a snotty nose today and didn't really sleep well atall last night

If we're meeting for 12 at the station, 1230 for food... could I get there a bit early? For afore mentioned reasons.. food arriving at 1, eaten it and been gassing til half 2... gives me only an hour or so after that before having to leg it to get a non-commuter train.
Maybebaby and Jaydesmummy I'll aim to get in at 11.11 or 11.36 whichever suits you both best (next one after that for me is 12.02) and we can either walk to the shopping centre to meet Cloud (I know the way) and then she can walk us to Slug and Lettuce (good choice by the way, hoping they have a high chair for Ryan...) or we can get taxi to Cathedral again. JM you have my mob, its still the same number. MB I'll PM you my number.
Nat and Flame are you coming to the station too? Nat's got my number so we can all co-ordinate, and JM could get the same train as you both from Notts..?

Im meeting Flame at 11.00 in Nottm and we have to travel to the other side of the city centre and catch the 11.30 train which gets there at 12.00. M we could meet you if you are going to be there at 12 or we can make our way in a taxi like we did last time as I couldnt remember my way there (i remember how to get to Marks)

leckershell i want to get there a bit earlier so probally wont be meeting nat and flame at notts my trains get to derby about the same time as yours so im not to bothered which one i get let us no which train u get and i will meet you at the station

Hey girls,
I hope you are all well! We're so ready for our mini holiday to Derby next week and really looking forward to meeting Redshoes and Isaac in Leeds on the way home too!
A really quick round-up of my news (sorry if I'm repeating myself) is:-
* Ella has come on leaps and bounds in the past few weeks and is now sitting up unsupported for fairly long periods of time, standing on her legs (she's got quite weak legs and always buckled in the past), chuckling and belly laughing, going backwards on her tummy and is just a wee star - she's so happy and smiley and just a joy to spend time with. She'll be 7 months old next Friday - how can I get time to slow down?
* I am about to start seeing a counsellor via a health visitor referral for my PND. I am just waiting for a space, which should be in the next couple of weeks - then I'll get six or so sessions with a counsellor. I still don't want to go on the drugs due to breastfeeding , the peer support groups wasn't really working for me so I asked to be referred to the GPs surgery counsellor. I have had an initial meeting, which went really well and now I am waiting a couple of weeks for a space. I still have up and down days.
* I joined Scottish Slimmers (just like Weight Watchers) at the start of the month. I'm having an off week and will miss my class next week due to being away but am going to go at it full welly when I come home as I need to shift loads of this weight before I go back to work and get pregnant again.
* I'm going on a course in June and doing some home study to train to be a doula, and afterwards to become a breastfeeding counsellor. Yay! I'm not sure how it'll all work yet (how doula-ing will fit round Ella and my job), but I want to do my training and trainee doula births, then I can work out the practicalities. I'm really excited about this.
* I'm taking up baby knitting again and I'm just about to start knitting something for Ella.
* Here's the pf Guess the Baby! guessing thread that I've been working hard on - take a guess! -
*Most importantly, my OH has bought me tickets to see Girls Aloud with a friend (I can invite someone) as a going back to work present in July - basically to give me something to look forward to in July as I'll be dreading leaving Ella and commuting to work (the worst bits, I can do the job!)

Thank you! That was a nice thing to say! Anyway - pull up a chair and join in! We've all been too busy to write much recently, but this thread is just a place to talk about our days etc.
If you are free next Wednesday (27th), then we'd love to meet with you in Derby. I'm a bit hazy on the details (I'm concentraing on getting myself and my daughter from Edinburgh to Derby in one piece) but I think the plan is to meet at a bistro pub called Slug & Lettuce at around lunchtime. Let us know if you'd like to come, you'd be more than welcome!
