Last night's episode was cringeworthy, I think Siralan should have fired Ian AND Kevin; what a farce! The bank manager trying to do mental arithmetic (15-4) was hilariously funny to watch!!!!!

Difficult task I thought though. Without catering experience it was always going to be hard to cook decent food.

Right person went in the end - though I didn't appreciate it when Siralan made it look as though he was going to fire Simon my heart skipped a beat!!!!

i think the one who went was the guy who left his wife when she was pregnant with their second child to move in with his secretary.

Apparently it doesn't stop him coming home to see the not only th kids though.

I wonder if he can say loser now?

I didn't think Simon should have been fired though - I know he's a bit useless but I think they were ganging up on him and bullying him a wee bit by belittling his management and laughing everytime he asked them to do something. Claire is a moany cow and Alex definitely has a game plan!

Can't wait til next week - looks like Claire and Lucinda are team leaders - should be good!

OMG!!! I am so sad Simon went. I loved him.... he was so down to earth and I just wanted to give him a big huggle when he got fired.

Einstein's IQ was actually really low for all he discovered - so it could be true.

Everybody thinks that Albert Einstein's IQ was very high, but this is deffinitly not the case, his adult IQ was just above 160. He was deffinitly a genius, but this was not primarily due to his IQ, but his amazing level on transcendental thinking

Umm, sorry. This obviously show up MY lack of knowledge. I always thought anything over 160 put a person at genius level. And while Simon was good I didn't think he was that good. And I'm going to shut up now before I offend MORE people.

Actually anything over 170 is classed as "unmeasurable" and someone will only get a score of 170 if they score a perfect 100% on an IQ test when thier age and sex (male/female...not lack of it) taken into account. So no-one will ever have a measured IQ of over 170.
