The whole birthing thing was a bit offputting, but I guess it's too late now.
 
My thoughts exactly!!! Me and OH were like :shock: I have to do that? :rotfl:
 
I got so annoyed with the woman complaining that it was going on too long and she couldn't sleep :shock: I was thinking what about the poor woman who's ACTUALLY GIVING BIRTH!

To be honest my labour was nothing like that, they say they're going to film a 'typical' birth but there's no such thing. If you read any two random birth stories they're completely different. I'm actually quite lookling forward to giving birth in a couple of months and I get annoyed by tv programmes who try to sensationalise (if that's a real word :lol: ) labour birth to make good telly.

Also if you saw the end when the baby was actually born it made it all worthwhile :D
 
I absolutely agree about the presenter. Is there anyone more irritating on TV? Apart from Gillian McKeith, possibly?

nope! lol! I cant stand gillian mckeith!!

also, did anyone notice when they were talking about pregnancy that trimester 1 was weeks 1-16?!?!? eh!? :think:
