I'm going to get my kids names done in binary going around my wrist one day. (208 1s and 0s altogether). Too chicken though :(

That's a good idea.
I want to get something incorporating my kids names or initials, but not so its obviously names/initials if you know what I mean. Like a tribal pattern then when you look closer you can read it. Or something. I have no idea how to go about it without it costing me a fortune though. :?

If you've got photoshop you can do the text as normal, convert it to shape then move the vector points around
