Well it's cd1 for me, also had some crappy news, had a blood form arrive from my Dr, she wants to repeat 21 day bloods as my test last Monday was 15. I can only presume that I didn't ovulate and that my progesterone is low ?. Does anyone know what happens now ?, should I be referred to gynecology ?, or does the Dr do anything ?. Will I be given clomid to try ?. Not sure I can carry on putting myself through the stress of it all. x

If they repeat your day 21, levels are low, they should refer you to fertility.
Have you had your AMH checked ? ( egg reserve )

Morning Hayley, thanks for your reply, no I've not had AMH checked, I did have 21 day bloods done a few months ago, result was 28. I'll ring GP tomorrow see if I can get a call back from her.

I'm doing lots of night shifts so been pretty quiet. In tonight then off for 2 nights and have our ivf appointment on Wednesday. Feeling scared and worried and excited all rolled into one!

Hayley that's really strange. Could you have ovulated later than you thought? Can you phone your clinic and ask the nurse for some advice?

Lilith I'll go have a read and reply when I've had a sleep!

Leah it's a long read but boy oh boy I feel so much better for sharing it and getting outside opinions on it all.

I'm cd3 and just been for my 3day blood test, have phone appointment with GP on 6th February to discuss results and I will ask for a referral. xx

Could it be the clomid lengthening your cycle Hayley ?. How frustrating not knowing either way, did you use the frer ?.

I'm absolutely shattered, been awake since half 3. Think I'm cd4, I don't feel motivated to even track my cycle this month after my low progesterone result I don't see any point ttc until they sort it out. Guess it's a blessing with the distance problem I'm having with OH. xx

That's very odd, I hope af shows up soon for you or you get a line on a test.

I'm feeling lost too, OH went back home Saturday. I'm like a lost chicken wondering around. I'm shattered but have to go collect my daughter for a hospital appointment today. I just want to go back to bed lol. x

I'm absolutely shattered Leah, I expect you are feeling the same with 2hr sleep ?. I've struggled all day, I ache all over yet my brain is racing, I just can't seem to relax. I'm feeling sad as OH has gone and no idea how many weeks it will be until we see each other again. I'm not even bothered about ttc anymore. x

Do any of you have short cycles.... I think AF is going to show up full flow tomorrow (had spotting today and quite a bit of blood when I wipe) if she does that's a 25 day cycle for me, 24 if it happens tonight! I was always dead on 28 before, if my cycles end up shorter will that affect our chances of TTC?

Just realised it will be 23 or 24 as period is then counted as CD01 :/

Not always. I had spotting at 6 weeks with my first pregnancy, and they class that as implantation just because it buries itself further into the bed of the uterus, so ib can happen at any stage of early pregnancy and spotting in general can happen throughout the whole 9 months. And actually With one of my miscarriages I had a funny 'period' and assumed I was out that month, and ifound out 2 weeks later when I miscarried that it turns out I was pregnant.
Hoping it is, and you get a positive test soon. Ttc is exhausting and so incredibly emotional.
