Hello, just a quickie. Would you say a metallic taste in the mouth is a bit like tasting blood? Just wondering if I'm spotting another symptom xx

I'm going to wait until Thurs Naomi, there was no hint of a line on the FRER this morning so id rather wait. Bought a 2pk so I'm prepared already! How are you feeling, are your symptoms stronger now that you know there is definitely a baby settling in? xx

My cycles are a nightmare always between 34-44 but have had a few 29 so I'm all over the place haha! No tests at home but might piss in a pot and buy one after dropping little one at pre school!! I'm feeling really sick now as well I never feel like this before af so fx!!

Yip should ov cd12/13 so we will see then af due the 31st hubby says he has taken away my tests lol digi tests he doesn't know where i hide the rest lol im like and addict hiding tests so let him think he has the tests lol

Not really, although I've had a headache every day since the weekend. Felt peaky Monday evening but wasn't too bad last night. Main thing has been not sleeping - really restless at night!
Will be keeping everything crossed for you Thursday xxx

My tests should arrive today. Don't usually ovulate til CD12 or so, so hopefully it's not.

Had a few days off and yesterday had a big cry, think I was holding in my disappointment and had baby showers to attend at weekend so had to keep game face on.
Got annoyed with wedding plans and mum sending me links to wedding dresses on eBay so had a cry and feel much better today although a little swollen eyes!

Glad everyone is doing well and hoping for more bfps from the newbies to the thread!

You could ovulate twice or early, from my scans I conceived 2 weeks earlier than I thought even tho I used opk's so I must have ov'd twice and conceived on early ovulation xx

Hugs love. I feel like crying all the time at the moment and then tell myself off for being pathetic! We're not though, just a bit fragile.

After my last update saying that AF was here it went away again after some spotting and came back last night in true painful style (at least she was bang on time so not so concerned about dodgy cycles). Currently hugging my hot water bottle at my desk. I think the whole office will know when I am preggo as I won't be getting my hot water bottle out on a monthly basis!

Yes, hugs from me too to Ellie and J9... It's a tough old business and I agree with trivita that it's a great release to have a jolly good cry... I don't do it often enough!

Wedding plans need to be exciting not stressful, and I really hope they will take your mind off ttc for a bit. Are you planning to hold off until after the wedding still, or might you be tempted to keep at it? Hope our pg ladies are feeling ok and not too shattered/sick. Keeps seats warm in tri 1 for us! X X X

well ladies today is the day af is due but there is nothing I thought I had this morning as it was moist but nothing and last night I struggled to sleep as my tummy had a funny feeling in it like heavy tuggy feeling again but hubby has said to wait until I am a week late before I test but I suppose doing it tomorrow morning when he is at work wont hurt him lol xxx

sorry to read that some of you wonderful ladies have been upset lately planning a wedding and ttc is a hard combination I did it last year as you are excited for your wedding but gutted at the same time but it is good to have a good cry now and again and hope all you ladies are feeling better now and good luck to you all xxxx

Aw ladies it's rough when you want it so bad and it's not happening. I ended up feeling really bitter first time around as a few friends started trying after us but caught straight away - each announcement was like a kick in the stomach! It will happen though you just have to have faith. But I agree a good cry is quite cathartic

I am doing okay although a bit stressy as my nausea has gone today and I am getting a lot of twinges which I know is normal but your mind always thinks the worse! Feels like you go through all the stress of ttc and then when you actually get the bfp you start stressing about something going wrong! It's never ending!

ok I will go and get today i agree with what you said it happened to me too and was so hard to accept when people round you fell no problem when you have been trying ages we have been trying well i came off the pill in June 2013 so almost 3 years and its never happened yet but if it hasn't and doesn't by june we are looking at other options and getting help that we need but it has been a hard 3 years seeing friends and family having children and we haven't but we will get there eventually xxx

would a blood test just checking general health would that show up if i was pg xxx
