Yup. quite a few people get it - to do with all the hormonal etc changes a r the beginning of a pregnancy. Especially if it's not something you tend to get xxx

I've had the beginnings of thrush too!! Which I never get either fx it's a sign!!! And I keep swinging from dry to wet cm!!

My temp has dropped the last two days, still a over coverline but thinking I'm out.
No signs of AF yet, but my (.)(.) are aching!
I've lost hope for this month.

Gail have you tested ?

I haven't taken my temperature at all. How does it work? Does it increase slightly each day if testing at the same time or something? I'm curious! Plus it's something else for me to monitor considering I'm not testing for 2 weeks *Dr's orders!

No sign of the witch yet but my cm has been non-existent the past 2 days, which was a real positive sign for me because it was excessive and had my hopes up.

I've been a bit low since my BFN on Monday. Still not sleeping brilliantly either and have vile morning headaches, probably due to the lack of sleep.

Sorry for the moan! I'm not this miserable normally!

In the 2ww your temps are higher, it stays high if pregnant, drops if/when AF arriving.
If you look at my chart, you will see. It's still above the coverline which is good but it's looking like AF will arrive x

Hi Emma, welcome to the world of BBT - I am addicted! I am going to go back to basics so apologies if you already know some of this.

To start with you need to get yourself a special thermometre that goes to 2 decimal places, your standard ones only go to 1 decimal place. I.e average is 36.5c on a standard thermometre but what you are looking at when you are taking BBT is the extra decimal place and the fluctuations there so the difference between 36.55 or 36.51 could be fairly important.

Once you have the thermometre downlad the fertility friend app on your phone so you can track your temps. I started just using paper and an excel chart but this really is much easier, plus it gives you analysis.

It is best to start charting on the first day of your new cycle (i.e first day of your period). You ned to take the temp first thing in the morning when you are still in bed. I take it orally but some women prefer to do it vaginally - whatever floats your boat You will probably notice your temps are quite erratic during your period, they will then settle in a mid range until the day of ovulation. You will probably notice a drop in temp and then the next day a steep increase. After you have ovulated your temps will stay high until AF is due or arrives and in which case it will drop again. If you are pregnant it should in theory stay high although this isn't true for everyone.

The best way to learn more is to google BBT or or go on the fertility friend website as it gives you lots of tips and info.

My cm has been non existent too the last 2 days which for me is totally strange. I wear thin pantyliners everyday but could have gone without last few days. Started to feel a bit crampy though

My cm has been non existent too the last 2 days which for me is totally strange. I wear thin pantyliners everyday but could have gone without last few days. Started to feel a bit crampy though

If it's unusual it could be a good sign!
