Do you guys work out your DPO by the standard 14 days from af or by testing?

I've not done anything other than guessing I'm about day 14 just because I'm really regular with af.

I bought a test on way home but it's clear blue as only one the co op had. It says can be done 4 days before af which should be Thursday.

Do I need to wait till the morning?

I temp so it tells me on my chart when I ovulated and how many DPO I am. If you don't temp or OPK and have a 28 day cycle I would say ovulation is at day 14. that isn't guaranteed though.

For your test you are best to wait until the morning, especially if you are testing early.

Fingers crossed for you girsl testing tomorrow. I'm bored of the waiting - again! Got ages before I can test as only 5DPO and I am DETERMINED not to test until I have missed my period. I don't have any sticks at home and I am not going to buy any until that period is missed. (unless I cave)

I would (try to) wait until the morning as 13 DPO still wouldn't be a missed period as your period would be due on 14DPO. Assuming a 28 day cycle x

20 months is tough... I totally know how you feel as been through similar... I really felt that I will never be a mum but with perseverance it happened eventually. I know everyone's issues are different but I'm so willing some luck your way... Sounds like you deserve it as so many on here do.

And yes, people don't mean to sound flippant but comments like that really don't help... Unless you've been through this and know what it's like to live and breathe baby making I don't think it's possible to understand...

That's what I'm like! I can definitely see something there in person but not sure if it's just a water mark. Urgh hate myself for poas too early haha. I didn't get a faint line til 11dpo last time so I should know to wait until at least then! ! Xxx

I'm normally 28 days but on checking my calendar I've noticed it can often be 27. I have a doctors app tomorrow morning anyway about my mid cycle bleeds so should I ask them to do one and save my test or test before I go? I'm thinking they might not do a test as officially I'm not late yet?

TTC and early pregnancy is stressful no matter how long you've been trying people don't realise how hard it is to relax!!!
