Swollen legs post labor...

Oh my the edema is up to my knees my legs are enormous and can't fit them in any other shoes than my oh slippers
Apparently is sth normal to happen and it will go by itself???....

It Dosent help that I am most of the day on my feet doing things instead of laying down to help the edema go down...

As if the first days are not hard enough...

This happened me, only lasted a couple of days but goodness I felt like an old lady .. My poor knees were so rickety and I couldn't tell my feet from my legs.

Drink lots of water and mobilise as much as possible x

Mine went within a few weeks

Walk about in short bursts and put your legs up on the arms of the sofa when resting mine took over a good two weeks to go first week i was in hospital x

Mine took a good few weeks to ease up.

I had sherman klump feet

mine were awful and so painful....it took 2 weeks to go!! One day I started peeing for england and then woke up the next day with the skinniest feet and ankles i have ever had! lol

i really feel for you though x
