i am slowly looking into claiming all the bits and bobs i need to for when baby is here.

looking at the sure start grant im confused. we get working tax credits as oh is on a very low wage.

are you entitled with just standard working tax credits?

i think my bro and sister got it and they were barely claiming anything as my bro is on quite a good wage.

I think you would be hun. There's boxes to tick isn't there saying what you're on? I would just apply and see.

just looked at it on direct gov and is still on there. i havent heard anything about it stopping. xxx

It's the health in pregnancy grant that's been stopped.
Sure start grant is only available for 1st time mums now,yeah u can get it if ur on tax credits xxx

Oh and if u can't get it now then u can claim upto 3 months after babys bornxx

yeah just double checked and you only get it now if you dont have any other children under 16 years.

which unless i was 7 when i had them i dont think i have. lol. xxx
