Hey ladies
Oh and I have been ttc a year and half now, I've always taken folic acid any ways, but past few months almost we have both been taking the pregnacare conception his and her pack, oh has said he wants us to try something else once we have finished pack as he doesn't feel pregnacare is doing much apart from making our tiddle bright yellow and I agree swallowing those massive tablets aren't nice and the after taste of them is rank... what do you and your partner take or what do you suggest taking? Xx

We were taking - His and hers tescos own brand (didnt like the pregnacare) so found these were the best!
1000mg Vitamin c each
1000mg omega 3 each
I was taking 5mg folic acid
He was taking tesco own 0.4mg folic acid x2
:) Apparently it helped as im 27 weeks pregnant! x

I'm going to sound really dumb now, is the folic acid for him and her seperate or as the whole pack? I'll have to have a look for the tescos own brand, are they much cheaper then as we was getting them off amazon and with p+p it's £17 a pack expensive but we are willing to pay if it helps us, oh wasn't taking any thing before the pregnancare but he's willing to try anything if it helps xx

Yes everything i wrote is separate - You do still get the vitamins in the his and hers pack but we were just taking extra. Folic acid is great for sperm :)
Its £10 a box 30 tablets each. But in tesco its buy 2 get 1 free. I also got the vitmains from there. The vitamin c is slow release so obviously better and not just having loads in one go. Its all pretty cheap in there to. The omega 3 isnt tho i got that from wilkos i think £3/4 for a tub of 90. x

I made a thread last year, ill try and find it, about vitmains and herbal remedies. Ill bump it up for you.
