Supplements?

Hi girls, just wondering what vitamins and supplements everyone is taking?

Other than folic acid...

I was taking Sanatogen Mother to Be vitamins, but I've stopped them as I think they were making my nausea worse. Currently taking my Folic acid and Vit B & C as this doesn't seem to make me feel worse - it's the iron content that can apparently make you feel nauseous (and constipated!).x
 
I'm currently taking Pregnacare Original, but only have a few days left - then I'm moving onto the Sanatogen Mother-to-be ones (ASDA didn't have Pregnacare and I was impatient lol).

They used to make my nausea worse so I started taking them before bed instead, and it was much better.
 
I was told as long as I'm taking folic acid I don't need anything else.
I haven't taken any folic acid this week as u don't need to take it after 12 weeks x

unless told otherwise by your m/w you only need to take Folic Acid :)
