still no tax credits!

im absolutely fuming! i hate them!!! i applied on the 5th jan!!! and im still f---c-ing waiting!!!! each time i call they say "three weeks from this date it will be sorted", finally spoke to a half decent guy who actually told me that i have ticked that my partner is 2subject to immigration control" so they have to do extra checks!...i told him thats BULLand was obviously a mistake on the application form!

he agreed that it was stupid it got put through without them contacting me to confirm, as he is a EU citizen so immigration is not an issue whatsoever for my OH.

some fool has processed it this way which is why its taking so long. i wrote a very harsh letter demanding it get changed immediately! they say i will deffo get them (backdated from oct too) its "just a waiting game"....sorry rant over. im just furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ohhhh god what does that mean?! i've kinda forgot that im entitled to them if you know what i mean so i guess it will be a nice suprise when i actually get a lump sum at once....whever that may be?!?!? =(

It took them 3 months to sort out my claim last year. It went to a 'special dept' which was basically someone who checked suspected fraudulent claims. I had to prove that all the info I'd given them was correct!! I couldve kissed the woman wen she said she was satisfied and released my money. Fingers crossed urs won't take too much longer xx

bloody hell!!! theyre terrible!!!! just keeping them crossed it gets sorted soon! starting to lose my patience!!!!!! grrrrrrrr
