Hello,

Anyone received their Tax Credits Renewal Pack yet? I phoned them on 5th April and they said it was on it's way to me but surely it cannot take a month to come or is that just typical of them

Mine came the other day. I just phoned them and gave them the final figures for the year over the phone.

I've been trying to het through to them on the phone (as stupid arse here sent them the notes back in the envelope instaed of the form ) but for the past 2 days all i keep getting is "We are currently receiving a high amount of calls, etc and we cannot speak to you"

I phoned them the other day to ask why it has taken so long since I was told it had been sent on the 5th April. Well it turns out they haven't even sent it and the guy I spoke to made a mistake
