I am nearly 38 weeks and still no BH!!!! Could it be you never have any before birth or is it just I do not know what they are? I had some strong period pain like a few days ago coming every 20 minutes and lasting a few minutes, i actually thought it might have been the beginning of something but went to bed and it stopped. Could it be BH? I can feel no tightenings at all of the belly, just a slight tightening inside but nothing outside.
