weeing and BH

ive noticed quite a few times now that when i wee it brings on a BH / stomach tightening

does anyone else get this where something you do sets it off?

I find that its the other way round... If I get a BH I need to pee Some days I can have BH every 10 mins so thats lots of trips to the loo...

when i completley empty my bladder i do get bh aswell its wierd loool
