Thank you all. After a day of crying yesterday i'm ok.

I just feel like i'm used to the heartbrake each month and this month i waited an extra 2 weeks for a bit of a bigger heartbrake. When i finish bleeding i'm going to go straight in with some natural un-assisted cycles and see from there.

It takes a lot to brake me x
