sterilising medela equipment

this may seem really stupid, but can i put my pump and (soon to be) supplemental nurser in my avent microwave steriliser. i dont want it to melt or something. or do i have to keep doing it on the hob? its becoming a bit of a pain to do the pump on the hob so if i can put it in my microwave one i will do that.

anyone have any idea?
