Hello! I'm currently 13 weeks. Since before falling pregnant me and my OH had names picked out. For a girl it was Isla, and Finlay for a boy. However since getting pregnant, I can't imagine myself with a son called Finlay, despite the fact I like the name!
Other names I like include Isaac, Elijah and Noah, but my OH only likes Finlay! Does anyone have any suggestions which I can put forward? The surname is Darcy and middle name is undecided xxx

I have a Noah! LOVE IT! It was picked out before i was even pregnant after watching 'The Notebook' :) ha!
I also love Elijah, but my oh said no to that if we have a another boy as both together sound like we r right church goers lol!

You other choice are really nice though!
We also like Charlie & Jasper.

Isla is my girly name too :) its gorj isnt it!
Name picking is fun! Xx

Oh I like all your choices too. My fave boys name is Jude though. Think if we have a boy it will be a Jude Wilson x

I love all these names: Isaac, Elijah and Noah!! I can also suggest you: Eliah, Oscar, Tristan. Connor, Killian, Caspar, Hector, Horacio
As for girl I do not like Isla( I like: Evangeline, Eva/Ava/Eve, Olive, Amber, Penelope. Persephone, Selena, Luna, Elodie.

I love the names on your list. If we had a boy he was going to be called Lewis James , but we had Emily Mae in October. ☺

I have an Isaac Jacob! Although it appears to be quite popular on the charts, loads of people comment on unusual it is! I love how it looks too! Ha ha!

For out next child we have the names (Royal we by the way! Lol)
Elliott
Ryan
Dexter

I also like Joseph, James & Oscar. And I love Finley!

I think Elijah Darcy or Noah Darcy are gorgeous! - Finlay is a lovely name but Finlay Darcy maybe doesn't flow as well? This us the issue Ive had too - names I love dont necessarily fit with our surname  xxx

All of your names are lovely, tbh you can't do anything wrong with any of them :) My favourite of your names are both Isaac and Noah! I've always loved Isaac! But the most important thing is that you are 100% sure about the name you choose... does your oh have any other suggestions besides Finlay if he isn't too keen on the names you suggested?
We were going to have a Milo before they told us last week that our baby is in fact a SHE and not he as said before. Other names we had shortlisted for her if she had been a boy were Samuel, Jasper, Jackson and quite a few more actually

Thank you for your amazing suggestions!! Claire Louise - your bits name made me chuckle as my last name is Lewis and my OHs name is James! He likes Noah but not as much as Finlay. So tricky! Glad there's lots of time to work it out! X

Haha, you could have Lewis as a first name then after you. My friend did that with her son, her surname was Mason so she named her son it. Just a thought. Lol
I love your surnames btw ☺

God what a lucky boy , he will be a big hit with the ladies being Mr Darcy!! I married a Jones!!

I think Elijah Darcy sounds amazing!! Not totally sure Finlay goes as well as both finlay and Darcy end in a y sound

I have an Isaac! :)
I love Elijah it's on my boys list! I am not a fan of Isla, but it is a very pretty name its mainly because there are so many in my area. . Plenty of time to work it out :) x

I found out yesterday I'm having a little boy!! I'm so happy and excited!! I have said no to Finlay as it doesn't flow with the surname, and my OH said no to Elijah as it reminds him of the hobbit from Lord of the rings!! Noah is the current favourite!!

Now for a middle name... I'm thinking either Noah Alexander (my dads name) or Noah James (my OHs name).... X

Congrats on team blue! I agree with the "ay" sound of Finlay and Darcy being too much although it's a lovely name. I would pick Noah Alexander (I am biased as my boy looks like he's going to be Alexander!) but the reason I wanted to include Alexander in his name is that he won't have any other part of my family name as his surname is my husbands and his middle name has to be my husband's fathers name due to tradition so Alexander passed on my Grandpa's name :).

I really like James as a name too but that's what would make me choose - so you passed on a family name x

Good choice!! ;)

Haha thanks!! :)

A name I like but can't use because our surname begins with an R is Reuben. It's on the same biblical track as Noah, Elijah etc but maybe a bit less well known. My friend called his little boy Reuben and it is so cute on him :)
