Started bleeding again

Hi everyone got up this morning and have started bleeding alot of fresh red blood and a few clots. Am absolutely gutted as I thing this is it again. Can't get a scan till tomorrow and we were so excited about our first midwife appointment tomorrow morning. As you can imagine alot of tears have been cried so far today. I don't understand why this has happened again to us.

God today is the day. Going for scan in about 20mins. Felt sick and barely slept all night have convinced myself there will be no heartbeat.
