Spotting at 5 weeks?

Hey,

A little worried that when I went to the toilet today when I wiped there was a little blood on the tissue... Nothing major and very similar to a few weeks back which I have put down to spotting..

I thought I was past this stage but is blood at 5 weeks pregnant normal? Sorry if this gets asked all the time?

Hiya Tester1234 I think spotting can be normal in early pregnancy, even at week 5. I think if it gets heavier or starts to clot or you get cramping pains it would be a good idea to just get it checked out at the doctors. xx

Yes all normal, you may be behind and the egg has just embedded. It's getting all snug in there!

I had spotting at 5 weeks in my first pregnancy, mine actually turned into proper bleeding aswell... that baby is now my 4 year old healthy son xx
