Thanks to everyone who has recommended these supplements to me on other threads. I'm learning so much from you.

I think I need to take S.I days 3-7 so am starting that today. How much Agnus Castus do people take and how often? How many of you take both supplements? Going to research more tonight to check it's right for me

I perosonally wouldn't take both together, least not straight away. I got pregnant first month taking the soy I'd wait a few months and try one or the other first.

Thank you. Just started googling and was starting to think I should try the soy first. Thank you for your experience. How much soy were you taking and did you gradually increase it?

I think I did 80-80-80-100-100. I miscarried tho (nothing to do with soy don't worry) but the next month I got pregnant with twins, miscarried also then the next month I got pregnant again with my daughter. I do believe these helped me concieve!
Oh and remember after 6 months (hopefully you won't need them that long) you need to take a break from them for 6 months x

Goodness, sounds like you had quite a journey. Sorry for your miscarriages but so glad you had a successful pregnancy. It's good to know that you think the soy worked. I'll try those doses... It's all so much to take in. Fingers crossed for me.

Also if anyone has recommendations of one's at a good price let me know. Got some from Holland & Barrett today

I was recommended to try Tesco for soy iso. So got mine from there and they were pretty cheap!
They didn't have them in our store, it's a small one, but did a online shop and was able to order them there.

Haven't tried them yet, hoping I won't need them xx

Amazing! Thank you! I just went to 3 different Sainsbury's and a superdrug near me but had no luck. I'll try Tesco! Thank you so much!

@peanutbutter (or anyone that might know) I'm a bit confused - the jar I have from H&B says it's 750mg per tablet. That's way too high, right? Am I confused?

I tried both, a few cycles and they did absolutely nothing for me. Didnt even get me to ovulate. I took the soys cd3-, and i took the max dose. I dont remeber the dose I took of Angus castus. Works for a lit of people though. Good luck xx

Thank you so much! I found some on Amazon and am starting today, for 5 days. I'll try the soya for a couple of months and see if it makes things better or worse. Thanks all!

Sometimes taking both can cancel each other out, Just what I read when looking up soy and Angus etc x

Yeah i didn't try both together. Ive tried both a few times separately over the last 5 years and none has worked for me. Xx

Are these to take if not ovulating? I ovulate so just looking for other things to try

Alexis, you can take if your ovulating. It helps the egg strength and may help to release more eggs giving you more chance of getting one x
