Has anyone got any advice about preventing sore necks? Emms has on and off a sore red area under her neck and I do try and keep it dry, but it is quite hard to get rid of it. I'm not sure what else I can do. I have put talc under it and sudacrem at times, but nothing seems to make a difference. :wall:

I mentioned this to HV and she said its perfectly normal and will clear as she grows and gets older. Some days Maia's looks pretty good and others its really red, I try and leave it but if it is very sore I use Calendula Cream.

Ok this may sound odd but it works for Jacob...any sore skin, red marks, scratches, skin irritations are healed super quick with kamilosan nipple cream. Just thought Id mention it if helps others too.

He will probably not talk to me when he is older as I put nipple cream on his skin...but it works...its the chamomile I think in it.

I have some, I'll try it!!!

do let us know if it works for you too! Could be onto something here...lol

in all seriousness, good luck with Emms soreness

Excellent! So glad it helped! Im scared people think Im mad when i preach about the power of nipple cream..but this kamillosan stuff is amazing! scratches, red marks, soreness, rashes, dry skin and even what seemed to be the start of eczema has disappeared in such a short time when ive used it on jacob....and you dont need a lot, just a tiny bit!

On the tube it does say it can be used for stuff other than nipples, so you're not going mad!!! :D

Hiya, is it where the milk is dribbling under her and getting caught in her fat creases>only asking because Imogen had something simillar due to milk and it was a case of takinfg her to the doctors and getting a light steroid cream and keeping it immaculately clean.
